Birth is an enormous achievement. One full of both challenges and amazing rewards. I believe in the vast strength of a positive birth experience. That experience will empower you and lead you on your journey of parenthood with confidence and high spirits.
My purpose is to assist parents in creating positive memories of birth, no matter what challenges emerge. As a Doula, I approach every situation with respect and patience. I pledge to be reliable, passionate, and emotionally present. I will support you and your birth team no matter what choices you choose. I attend births at the hospital, the birth center, and at home.

as a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you.
Nothing changes your body-and your life- more than becoming a mother. Your work doesn't stop after giving birth, in fact, it has only just begun.
